Commercial Automated Sliding Gates
Our most popular option of electric security gates is the cantilever sliding gate. This gate can be used in many types of entrances from low security to high level security needs. There is a wide range of infill options, including vertical bar, mesh, palisade, timber or composite clad, steel panel or bespoke panels with your company logo and to make your entrance stand out further, the gate can be powder coated to your company RAL colour.
Commercial Automated Swing & Bi-folding Gates
An alternative to the sliding gate is the swing gate or if space is of a premium, a bi-folding gate. From a site visit, we will be able to discuss / explain what would be best suited to your entrance and what access control you require. As with the electric sliding gate, there are many infill options with can match or complement your boundary fencing, including vertical bar, mesh, palisade, timber or composite clad, steel panel or bespoke panels with your company logo and to make your entrance stand out further, the gate can be powder coated to your company RAL colour.
Commercial Automated Barriers, Turnstiles, Bollards & Height Restrictors
If your entrance does not need the security of a gate but rather the monitoring and regulating of the traffic then a barrier would be suited to your site. There are many options available to suit all budgets and uses, with optional extras of skirts, lighting and signs. For the security, control and monitoring of pedestrian access, we install turnstiles to your site that can link to your existing access control if required. We can also install automated retractable bollards and automated height restrictors to give you more control of your security and where vehicles can go on your premises.
Domestic Automated Sliding Gates
The electric sliding gate is a popular choice if your site allows and from a site visit we will be able to discuss / explain what would be best suited to your entrance. All gates are bespoke and are manufactured to your size and specification. There are many options available to suit all budgets and styles, from softwood and hardwood timber gates, steel framed with timber composite infill, vertical bar infill or ornamental railing style gates. Please forward any gate designs you like and we will be able to discuss your requirements together with what access control you would like.
Domestic Automated Swing Gates
As with our automated sliding gates, the swing gate is used for many residential driveways. All gates are bespoke are manufactured to your size and specification. Repairs & Call Outs
If you have an issue or breakdown with your gate or barrier and you need to book an experienced engineer then please call 01733 204990 to discuss. Outside of working hours, please email sales@a1fencing.co.uk .
Our engineers are out on site daily and have extensive knowledge of systems working with a wide range of automation manufacturers.
We aim to respond to your call/email as quickly as possible. We can often change replacement parts on site or provide a quotation for repair works(includes 12 months warranty on new parts only).
We know how inconvenient and frustrating it can be when your gate breaks down so we have a few check points that might help:
- To isolate the power to your gates (must be carried out prior to any works), use your rotary isolator within the gate control cabinet.
- We would recommend manually releasing your gate which should have been explained to you when the gate was installed using your manual release key. (Or refer to the manual)
- Once released, check gate leaf runs freely.
- Please also check your photocells to ensure they are not obstructed by vegetation or dirty. Wipe with a cloth and dry if necessary.
- Check batteries in hand held remotes.
Servicing, Maintenance Agreements & Force Testing
A1 Fencing’s automation engineers hold specialist safety qualifications, have many years of experience on all major electric gate automation systems and can be relied on to complete your service in keeping with current compliance and safety regulations.
